I"m setting out on another travel adventure. This time the passport stays home while we road trip it through California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona before heading back to So. Calif. My art bag is filled with supplies, the camping gear checked and packed, duffle bags filled with clothes for climates from freezing to 110 f. and our mountain bikes have a fresh burst of air in the tires. Oh, what an adventure awaits us!

I am checking all Places Marta. Looks like great adventure ahead. How long are you going to be on the road? That is a lot of milage. I would have thought you would have kept the passport. Get very close to the Mexican border in Arizona. And there is that neat Diner. It does sparkle in the Sunshine. Just 5 miles from Mexico.

My visits to blogs are sporadic and best and I hadn't checked in on yours in a while. So happy to hear your eye surgery went well and will be praying for your Jul 20 "female" surgery. Your art is always such a delight to behold. You are an AMAZING person. . . when I see the art and classes you keep up with, I feel like a slug - ha ha. Seriously, you are such a wonderful example to me!! Your trip sounds heavenly -- I know you will enjoy every minute of it.
