Developing, originally uploaded by mmvgonzales.

I intended to take a nap in the studio today before preparing for the evening. But instead I found myself trying out a new 9x12 sketchbook with 65lb drawing paper. I just picked something in the studio, an old Kodak Brownie camera that used to belong to my husband's mother. The sea shell I don't remember where it's from and the luggage tag a souvenir from a cruise we took on the Queen Mary last December.

Wow! What a memory! My first camera was a Kodak Brownie! What a sight for Sore Eyes! Wonderful! drawing. I have lots of those shells. Will have to post my drawing and photo from the kitchen window for you to see. What is the name of the sketchbook? I have not seen one with 65lb drawing paper. Or is this a book you made yourself?
Curious, I am buying a book making kit to assemble a special sketchbook for My New Year! 2008!

Oh, I'm envious of your old camera! I would love to collect these old cameras, unfortunately, I don't have the time nor the money!
