It was a beautiful morning and despite not running for over a month, I didn't do so bad. After the race I enjoyed a nice hot shower at the Westin Long Beach where we spent the night and then Rudy took me out for a huge breakfast!!! Next month I am doing the Pasadena 5k with Wendee.
