I am really sick. I went to see the PA at my Doctor's office today and saw this behind the door. It's a large laminated poster. I asked her how much $$$$ I had to give her for it. She laughed and pulled it from the door and gave it to me. It's now on the door to the studio! Oh, and she handed me rx for codine cough syrup, an inhaler and anitbiotics...and told to stay home all weekend from work and get better. So I'm off to make some hot tea and go lay down for the afternoon.

That's a pretty good MD's visit! Advice to rest, take care of yourself AND free stuff! My hip xray shows no arthritis, but apparently there is some "lumbar disintigration" in my back.. but nothing very minor...my pains may still be medication related.

So sorry you have the flu. If your head is hurting and your eyes feel like they are going to burst and your bones hurt to the marrow- you are one sick puppy.
Have Green Tea with honey and fresh lemon-makes a difference. Keep cool towel over eyes, for the worst times. I had this bad stuff in August, just getting over a mild flu. After almost 48 hrs of fever, it is much better and back to old self in another 48, but the cough hangs on. (( Circle of Angels Healing Hugs for Marta)) Sending Healing vibes Good! Healing Vibes.
