I didn't crawl back into bed but instead jumped in the shower and then spent a good part of the day making Blood Orange Marmalade. The day was good!

What a wonderful spread, across the pages, a peek into your kitchen. We don't have blood oranges around here, but I had some marmalade last February in a Texas bed and breakfast. Delicious! A cure for winter blahs, and a delight for the senses.
