El corazón watercolor and ink
Went to SanDiego, California this afternoon to join my daughter Amy and friends to see the Bodies Exhibit. What a fascinating display of our bodies from skeletons and bones to views of internal organs, muscles, circulatory and respiratory systems, reproduction and finally the preserved skin off of a full size human.....totally amazing. I would have loved to have spent the whole day there sketching!

Great sketches, Marta! I love your use of color here, too. These are really a treat.
Amazingly I love this skeleton - When I was in NYC in April there was a "cadaver exhibit' which sounds quite similar, I said YUCK - but now I might have found it interesting (Yuck because I am not in the medical profession - but my brother is an orthopedic surgeon :-)
I really enjoyed seeing some of your drawings and sketchings. sandy
Ooo! That skeleton sketch is amazing. Love your choice of colors.
great sketch again and I love the sparse use of color!
